Lenses

Some examples of the lenses we provide:

Spherical lenses

Plane-convex, biconvex, biconcave, and positive and negative meniscus lenses, especially for high precision optical systems, have always been among our core competencies. Materials for IR, visible-spectrum, and ultraviolet, processed by different techniques to obtain the highest polishing quality.

Aspheric lenses

Aspheric lenses are used with increasing frequency in optical instruments of all kinds, since in many cases they can reduce overall system dimensions while maintaining – or actually improving – performance levels.

Cylindrical lenses

Lemses with one or both faces of cylindrical form, either positive or negative, focus light onto a line instead of a point. These lenses are used mainly in anamorphic photographic and projection systems.

Special lenses

Including:

  • Toric Lenses

Generally fully customized and adapted to customer needs. The types of lenses find in the main scientific and laboratory applications.

  • Ball Lenses

Spherical lenses of various sizes, generally used for optical fibre couplings and endoscopic systems.

  • Dome Lenses

With concentric annular sections, generally used as protection for other lenses.

Achromatic Doublet-Triplet Lenses

Offered are doublet achromats in various forms and geometries, bonding flint and crown glass elements from our suppliers’ catalogues and optimizing the lenses to meet customers’ needs. The  adhesive are carefully selected on a case-by-case in oreder to optimise the performance requirements for each component.
