CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
All Directors, Management and Employees of ELUXI Ltd. are committed to conducting our business in an honest, ethical and sustainable way that considers the needs of our stakeholders, local community and the environment.
ELUXI sees this as a long term strategy and that it becomes embedded within our culture. This Policy is applicable to all divisions and subsidiaries of the ELUXI.
In meeting this commitment, ELUXI will:
1. Continue to uphold an individual’s basic right to equal opportunities within a safe and nonoppressive working environment irrespective of race, nationality, reli gion, age, gender, sexuality or disability;
2. Minimise our environmental impact in line with our Environmental Policy and our Environmental Management System. In growing we will look to ensure that we use resources in a responsible manner;
3. Health & Safety is a vital component of the business with our employees being the most important asset of our business; ELUXI is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of its employees and any other person who may be affected by its operations;
4. As we grow, seek to work with local education facilities, charitable causes, local authorities, etc. to ensure that we become a valued member of both our local community and the greater community;
5. Strive to operate in a responsible and cost effective manner conducive to the sustainment of our Customer’s, our Supplier’s, the companies and our employee’s aspirations;
6. Work within the legislative framework applicable to the markets we are operating in, using these as the minimum standards;
7. Will act with the highest level of integrity in all our dealings and will be diligent in selecting our business partners so that we minimise the risk of our reputation being damaged by others;
8. We will engage with our supply chain to promote, support and encourage CSR throughout their businesses. This Policy is underpinned by further specific company Policies such as Health & Safety, Quality, Antibribery, Diversity etc. which together with appropriate procedures provide more detail in support of this Policy.

QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
The Directors, Senior Management and Staff of ELUXI consider the quality aspects of the Company to be an essential factor in the continued success of the business.
The Company is committed to establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) to provide its customers with the best possible service.
In meeting this commitment, ELUXI will:
1. Ensure that the Policy remains appropriate to the Company’s operation as a leading distribution company in the supply to both the UK and Irish markets;
2. Comply with all applicable and appropriate defined requirements such as statutory, regulatory, customer, industry associations etc and the requirements defined within its QMS;
3. Embrace a continuous improvement culture within our QMS and throughout our business processes, supporting our ability to change and react to market requirements which assists us in achieving customer satisfaction and the security and prosperity of the company;
4. Establish, define, monitor and measure the effectiveness of our business objectives through a process of internal auditing and at Management/Business Review meetings;
5. Communicate this Policy to all of our staff throughout the Company and ensure they receive suitable and sufficient training in order to fully understand and effectively implement and maintain the QMS;
6. Establish a documented process to ensure that this Policy is periodically reviewed to ensure its continued suitability;
7. Providing excellence through our customer service is a primary focus of our business, the quality of the products we offer and the effectiveness of our systems is a fundamental part of our company’s infrastructure which supports the achievement of this objective. All of our employees participate in supporting this ethos and consider it to be a major factor in their daily work;
8. Periodically review its Quality arrangements and performance against objectives to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the Company’s needs.
This policy is supported by our QMS which documents in detail our arrangements for the effective management of the processes that can impact on the quality of our products and services. It also defines the roles, responsibilities and accountability for our Quality arrangements.

EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY POLICY STATEMENT
All Directors, Management and Employees of ELUXI Ltd. are committed to the principle of equality of opportunity and so to ensuring that our workforce is representative of all sections of society and that each employee feels respected and able to give of their best. This Policy is applicable to all divisions and subsidiaries of the ELUXI and in meeting this commitment:

6. ELUXI will maintain a neutral working environment in which no employee or worker feels under threat or intimidated. This means that the display of flags, emblems, posters, graffiti or the circulation of materials or the articulation of slogans or songs which are likely to give offence or cause apprehension amongst particular groups of employees is prohibited.
7. ELUXI will provide facilities for any employee who believes that they have been treated unfairly within the scope of this policy to raise the matter through an appropriate channel.
8. ELUXI will publicise the policy throughout the Company and elsewhere as appropriate from time to time.
9. ELUXI will seek to ensure that our workforce reflects the diverse communities we serve and that every employee is treated fairly during the whole of their working life.
10. ELUXI will take action to eradicate discrimination and inequality when delivering products and services and when employing others to deliver products and services on our behalf.

The Company is committed to reducing its environmental impact, preventing pollution and to continually improving its environmental performance as an integral part of its business strategy and operating methods, with regular reviews. his is a long term strategy and is embedded within our culture.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT
The Directors, Senior Management and Staff of ELUXI, all recognise that the Company has a responsibility to the environment beyond its legal and regulatory requirements. The Company is committed to reducing its environmental impact, preventing pollution and to continually improving its environmental performance as an integral part of its business strategy and operating methods, with regular reviews supported by its Senior Management.
The Company also seeks to engage with and encourage its customers, suppliers and other business partners to do likewise.
In meeting this commitment, ELUXI will:
1. Comply with, and where practicable exceed, all current and relevant regulatory, legislative and other requirements, including WEEE, RoHS, CoSHH, etc;
2. Establish, implement and maintain a documented Environmental Management System (EMS) to drive its commitment to prevent pollution and manage the environmental aspects and impacts associated with our premises and activities, and ensure that it is communicated and available to all employees and interested parties;
3. Seek to minimise its use of resources such as paper and cardboard through reuse and recycling where practicable and ensure that waste streams such as paper, wood, glass, plastics, etc unable to be reused, are recycled in the most environmentally friendly method possible and that all hazardous or special waste is contained, managed and appropriately disposed of;
4. Seek where practicable to reduce the amount of energy and natural resources (i.e. electricity, gas, water, etc) used and implement best practice in terms of energy and water efficiency ;
5. Evaluate the potential environmental impact of new processes to ensure they are as environmentally friendly and energy efficient as is practicable and minimise packaging as much as possible or is practicable;
6. Work with its customers/business partners to assist both parties in meeting common goals in their relative Environmental targets and driving environmental improvement through the supply chain;
7. Drive the culture of continuous improvement in environmental performance through good communication and training of its workforce;
8. Periodically review its Environmental arrangements and performance against objectives to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organisation’s needs.
This policy is supported by our EMS which documents in detail arrangements for the effective management of the environmental aspects and impacts of the Companies processes and services. It also defines the individual roles, responsibilities and accountability for its Environmental arrangements.

ANTIBRIBERY POLICY STATEMENT
All Directors, Management and Employees of ELUXI Ltd. are committed to conducting our business to the highest standards of integrity, honesty and ethical conduct. We consider that all employees and individuals acting on the Company’s behalf are responsible for maintaining the Company’s reputation.
This Policy is applicable to all divisions and subsidiaries of the ELUXI and in meeting this commitment:
1. ELUXI considers that bribery and corruption has a detrimental impact on business by undermining good governance and distorting free markets.
2. ELUXI benefits from carrying out business in a transparent and ethical way.
3. ELUXI has zero tolerance of any form of bribery, whether direct or indirect, by, or of, its employees, officers, agents or consultants or any persons or companies acting for it or on its behalf.
4. The board and senior management are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems, to prevent and eliminate bribery, in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010.
5. ELUXI has issued antibribery and corruption policy, together with polices on gifts and corporate hospitality, outlining ELUXI’s position on preventing and prohibiting bribery and corruption. These policies apply to all employees and they are required to familiarise themselves and comply with these policies.
6. A bribe is a financial advantage or other reward that is offered to, given to, or received by an individual or company (whether directly or indirectly) to induce or influence that individual or company to perform public or corporate functions or duties improperly.
7. Employees and others acting for or on behalf of ELUXI are strictly prohibited from making, soliciting or receiving any bribes or unauthorised payments.
8. As part of its antibribery measures, ELUXI accepts transparent, proportionate, reasonable and bona fide hospitality and promotional expenditure, whether given or received.
9. A breach of these policies by an employee will be treated as grounds for disciplinary action.
10. Employees and other individuals acting for ELUXI should note that bribery is a criminal offence that may result in up to 10 years' imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine for the individual and an unlimited fine for ELUXI.
11. ELUXI will not conduct business with service providers, agents or representatives that do not support appropriate antibribery and corruption objectives.
The success of ELUXI’s antibribery and corruption measures depend on all employees, and those acting for ELUXI, playing their part in helping to prevent bribery.
All employees and others acting for, or on behalf of, ELUXI are encouraged to report any suspected bribery in accordance with the procedures set out in the Policies or in the case of third parties to ELUXI’ Directors. The Company will support any individuals who make such a report in good faith.

3. Require that its suppliers whose products contain tantalum, tin, gold and tungsten submit this information to ELUXI using the standardized EICC/GeSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template that traces the metals back through the supply chain.
4. Support industry initiatives to validate responsible and sustainable sources.
5. In the event it becomes aware of a supplier whose supply chain includes metals from a conflict source, take appropriate actions to remedy the situation in a timely manner. Along with reassessing supplier relationships as necessary.
6. Work with its suppliers, customers and business partners in meeting common goals related to their Conflict Minerals policies, so as to help drive transparency and awareness as well as improvements towards conflict-

6. Establish a “Safety First” culture that includes management, permanent and temporary members of staff, customers, suppliers and contractors working together to jointly ensure the safety of all colleagues through engagement, training, communication, consultation and other suitable means;
7. Seek to continually improve its Health and Safety performance through programs that focus on the long term health and fitness of our employees;
8. Periodically review its Health and Safety arrangements and performance against objectives to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organisation’s needs.
