INDIVIDUAL SAMPLE TREATMENT

Depending on the application we are able to choose between different laser and beam deflection systems and therefore have the possibility to determine and adapt the process parameters. This flexibility allows us the individual treatment of almost every task. By taking into consideration the different requirements and project ideas of our customers the application tests help us to prove the technical feasibility and to develop new laser processes or optimise the existing procedures.

Our internal materials sciences laboratory supports the process development as an important element of the test-accompanying quality assurance and is therefore responsible for the verification and qualification of the laser material processing. By means of diverse analysis methods (e.g. analyses of surface and material) the test results are qualified – the basis for a reliable arrangement of the following manufacturing process and laser systems setups.

After the tests, our customers get detailed investigative reports that are meant to be an advice or decision basis. All orders are documented and treated confidentially.
